I am Ewa Rudz, a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a strong background in mental health and counselling. I’m bilingual in English and Polish.
My journey into the field of counselling began while working for a number of mental health charities including Mind (supporting people with mental health difficulties) and Aurora Foundation (supporting people who experienced abuse in childhood). Over my 15 years of experience, I've honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the human psyche, allowing me to provide genuine and non-judgmental support to individuals seeking healing and personal growth.
I am an experienced and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Adhering to their rigorous code of ethics, I consistently engage in clinical supervision and continually expand my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients.
For over five years I been successfully facilitating 10-week Psycho-educational Recovery from Trauma groups. These sessions focus on stabilising participants' internal and external worlds, fostering hope, and providing a safe space for healing.
If you're ready to take the next step in your healing journey, please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path to well-being and personal growth.
